Motorcycle rental in the UAE is available from the age of 25.

In order to rent a motorcycle from RideOn Motorcycle Rentals, you must have a valid motorcycle license.

A driver's license with a permit to drive a motorcycle must be at least 1 year old.

A UAE resident would require a valid UAE licence to rent a car, while visitors or tourists from the GCC nations can drive with the license issued by their home countries.

Citizens of the following countries can also rent a car with the driving licence issued by their home countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China.

For all other nationalities, an international driving license is mandatory.

No, only the renter can drive the vehicle. The insurance company will not cover the driving of another person.

You can cancel your reservation before the start of the rental 72 hours in advance without additional fees.

Cancellation in less than 72 hours - 500 AED fine.

Cancellation of an already started lease is carried out according to the formula:

Cancellation fee = (rental fee corresponding to the contract term) - (rental fee corresponding to the period from rental to return × 50%)

If you exceed this limit, an additional charge of 2 AED per extra kilometer will apply.

Yes, a SALIK system is installed on each motorcycle, which records the toll roads. The fare on toll roads will be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes, if you put the motorcycle in paid parking spaces, then you need to pay for parking.

Parking on sidewalks is prohibited.

Parking fines will be deducted from the security deposit.

When paying by card, the deposit will be refunded after 10 calendar days. Usually, the refund will take from 1 to 3 days at your bank.

If you pay in cash, you can come for your deposit after 10 days.

The deposit amount may vary based on their class and the cost of the motorcycle, but not more than 7000 AED.
