- Photos/videos at handover/return for condition evidence
3.5 Telematics / GPS data (IMPORTANT):
- GPS location/route data, speed data, and vehicle electrical network voltage data collected from installed tracking devices

- directly from you (forms, WhatsApp/phone/email, website bookings, in-person)

- verifying identity and eligibility to rent/ride
- preparing, managing, and enforcing rental agreements
- processing payments, deposits, and Charges (including Salik and fines)
- customer support and communications
- safety, security, theft prevention, and vehicle recovery
- handling incidents, accidents, claims, disputes, and chargeback/fraud prevention
- compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and requests from competent authorities
- maintaining business records and internal reporting

- performance of a contract (rental services and related obligations)
- compliance with legal obligations (e.g., lawful requests by authorities)

7.1 All motorcycles are equipped with GPS/telematics devices.
7.2 We use telematics data to:

- secure and recover vehicles, prevent theft and misuse
- investigate incidents and support claims/disputes
7.3 We may use telematics records as evidence in disputes, chargebacks, or legal proceedings.
